Sacramental / Altar Wines Sweet White

This wine is made predominantly from Pedro Ximenes, a Spanish white grape variety grown at Sevenhill Cellars. It is light golden straw in colour. The palate is rich and creamy, with flavours of toasted almonds and honey. It has residual sweetness with the baume 4.8. The wine is made at Sevenhill Cellars, sold for religious purposes. This wine has approval of Ecclesiastical Authorities.
