NV Sparkling

A colour of pale yellow with a fine effervescent bead. The aroma is of dry straw, sour dough bread, salt bush with a hint of citrus and melon. On the palate the flavours come through as nectarine and peach with a gentle sweetness. It is a fresh and bright sparkling with a fine gentle Spritz.
