‘Spire’s Lament’ - The church spire was never completed as funds were used for more pressing community projects. A dream which has not been fulfilled.

Mid straw colour. An attractive aromatic mix of apricot, wet straw, sour dough and nutty vanilla. The palate is clean, textured and complete, with the complex fruit providing layers across the length of the wine.
