2020 St Francis Xavier Museum Release Riesling

A clean lifted aroma of Kaffir lime, honey dew melon and mineral. The aroma has become more expressive and harmonious over time. The palate is ultra-fine, with subtle fruit and structure seamlessly balanced across the palate. Starting to show a little more body and richness with bottle age. The acidity is soft but evident and lingers long after tasting. Very lively and will continue to benefit from time in bottle.
